Congratulations on being selected your school's teacher of the year. What a great honor.
Completing the attached application is the next step in this process. You will need to make five (5) copies of your completed application. The applications must be delivered to the OCEA office no later than January 15, 2008.
The Teacher of the Year selection committee will meet on February 5, 2008 to select the top three (3) candidates. The three finalists will be announced February 6, 2008. These candidates must call the OCEA office to select the dates and times for their observation by the selection committee. The observation dates will be February 11 and 12. Candidates must choose a 1st and 2nd choice for observation date and time.
Download the following Word for Windows form, save them to a directory on your computer then open them with Word for Windows. (You should be able to complete them in your word processor program.)
