OCEA AWARDS SCHOLARSHIPS

It gives us great pleasure to announce our OCEA scholarship recipients. This year, for the first time, we are awarding two scholarships of $4,000 each. The competition was very keen, so these students can certainly take pride in their accomplishments!

Lindy Peek is the daughter of OCEA member Karen Peek. She is graduating Summa Cum Laude from Niceville High School with a 4.7 GPA. Lindy is the captain of her Swim Team. She is a member of the National Honor Society, the Junior Classical League and the Key Club. Lindy was also selected for the Niceville High School Hall of Fame.

Jarrod Tredway is the son of OCEA members Christopher and Michelle Tredway. He is graduating Summa Cum Laude from Niceville High School with a 4.7 GPA. Jarrod is the Drum Major of the Eagle Pride Marching Band, has sung with Opus One and belongs to the All-State Chorus. He is a member of the National Honor Society and was selected for the Niceville High School Hall of Fame.
